Paper and Monofilament woven with various weft materials inlcuding wool, mohair, cello, monofilment, lycra and lycra blend yarns.

An conceptual and experimental collection of weaves, exploring the intertwining of manmade and natural materials, often found entangled on the coasts on Mumbai. The fragility of paper and how its organic nature interacts with industrial monofilament, which requires a stronger hold on the warp - leaves you with an intresting blends of double cloth weaves.
